Features:

This product is a one-component water-based sealant refined by modern technology with special formula  containing the high performance polymer, a variety of pigments and fillers and additives,  don’t containing organic solvent, safety and environmental protection, having good performance in flexibility, sealing and ageing resistance, specifically designing for the sealing for the container and refrigerator car. This product can also be used as sealant in building doors and windows and expansion joints, peripheral joint.

Application guidelines:

1.Before using this prodect, it is a must to dry and clean the sealing surface, bonding surface to remove oil dirt.

2. It is best to use pressure-sensitive adhesive tape around the gap to be construction in order to avoid the contamination at construction.

3.Cut the sealing mouth to the sharpmeeting the requirements. If sealant using composite paper cans packaging, it is the need to insert wire or sharp object along the nose to cut the aluminum foil protective layer of the sealing mouth .

4. Continuously extrud sealant into waiting for sealing parts through sealing mouth.

5. Scrap the surface of the sealant having  be  used in the surface dry time though  bamboo with soapsuds.

6. Carefully separate the pressure sensitive adhesive tape in 20 minutes after use.

Attention:

1. Avoid the skin directiy contacting with sealant for long time. when inadvertently splashed the    sealant into eyes, rinse it ; If the situation is serious must immediately for medical treatment.

2.  Avoid kid contacting with the sealant.

3. AS the solvent of this product is water, VOC emission value is zero in use and maintenance process , and this product is safety, nontoxic, nonflammable.

4. As the surface dry time is about 30minutes, so sealant in the surface dry time do not contact with water, and after surface dry  a small amount of water has little effect to the sealant. completely dried, sealant waterproof.

5. It is need 3 weeks for this product forming a fully bond with the substrate,so without ripping strip in fourteen days after construction.

6. When room temperature is lower than 5°C, not recommended for construction.

7. Clear: sealant can be clean with water before dry, and scrape after dry gently.
